Tips & Help in accessing the eBookNote: You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to download your eBook. The Download Process What to expect… Clicking on the hyperlink in the email entitled “Wielding Banners for Worship, Warfare & Ministry - How to Download Your eBook” - or the link at the bottom of this page - will open a new web browser window. After a moment or two a small window (a dialogue box) may appear asking you to choose one of two options: The options are to open the document or to save the document to your personal computer's hard drive. It is important that you chose the “Save to Disk” option so you can return to read the book whenever you want. Should you choose “Open document”, or if the eBook automatically opens within your web browser, you can still save the eBook after the download is complete by selecting the menu File » Save as… Saving Your eBook to Disk Once you have clicked on “Save to Disk” (or selected the Save as… menu) you will be requested to choose a suitable location on your personal computer's hard disk. You may save the file anywhere. We recommend you save it under My Documents and that you make a note of the location for your own reference. Once you have saved the book to your personal computer hard disk you do not need an Internet connection in order to open or view it. Viewing Your eBook To view the eBook requires a PDF Reader. The most common PDF Reader for Microsoft Windows is the free Adobe Reader and on Mac OSX is 'Preview' or Adobe Reader. It is very likely that your personal computer already has Reader software installed. If you require a Reader, or you would like to upgrade to the most recent version, please visit What sort of computer do I need? Any recent (post 2000) computer should be adequate to download and view the eBook. The eBook is a PDF which will be usable on all common computers (Microsoft Windows [XP, Vista, Win7 & Win8], Mac OSX and Linux). You will need some free space on your personal computer's hard disk in order to store the eBook. How long should the eBook take to download? The file size of the eBook is about 7 Megabytes, meaning it will take around 30 minutes on a dial-up modem, or around 3 minutes on 'basic' Broadband, or less than a minute on a 1Mbit Broadband connection. The actual time required will sometimes be longer than these estimates. Based on your connection speed, allow sufficient time for the download to complete successfully. Your Web browser should provide an indication of the progress of the download. Once the download is complete you may experience a few moments delay while the eBook opens and displays on screen. What if my Internet connection fails part way through the download? In this situation you will need to re-establish your Internet connection and commence the download afresh (by clicking again on the Download Link). What if I don't download within 48 hours of purchase? After the expiration of the 48 hours (from sending the “Wielding Banners for Worship, Warfare & Ministry - Download Your eBook” email) you will not be able to use the download link. Should this happen you will need to contact us to arrange for an extension using the same download link. When I download, I'm informed that I've exceeded my download limit. What does this mean? The Download Link can be used a limited number of times. If you are informed that you have exceeded this limit, please contact us to arrange for further assistance. The link you clicked to come to this page did not contain crucial information to enable you to download the eBook from here. | ![]()
